Graduate Permit Request

The Department of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Science (MEES) offers a permit form for students experiencing registration errors due to missing prerequisite, field of study restriction, repeat attempt, duplicate course (special topics) or time conflict errors.

Graduate Permit Request Form: This form is for MEGR courses ONLY.

** Please allow 2 business days (not including weekends) for processing. Please do not contact the MEES department to inquire about the status of your permit request until 2 business days have passed.

** You must be logged into your My UNC Charlotte account to complete the form.

** You will be notified via e-mail when your form has been processed.
