All Graduate School forms are completed using Docusign, a university-supported digital system allows for the secure collection of signatures and proper electronic routing. These forms can be accessed on the Graduate School Forms website.
Important: Docusign’s routing system only recognizes NinerNet username email addresses and NOT alias email addresses (use format: jdoe@charlotte.edu, NOT jane.doe@charlotte.edu).
